A popular  Indian/ Pakistani dish consisting of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices. Its a healthy non-veg dish as its uses less quantity of oil and also melts the chicken’ fat out.

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken leg (skinless)  :4 nos
  2. Curd   : 4 t sp.
  3. Papparikka Powder : 1 t sp.
  4. Ginger Garlic paste : 2 t sp.
  5. Turmeric   : 1/2 t sp.
  6. Pepper powder  : 1 t sp.
  7. Chilli powder  : 2 t sp.
  8. Lemon Juce  : 1 lemon.
  9. Tandoori masala.( Optional)  : 1 t sp.
  10. Salt : to taste
  11. Oil : 3 t sp.

Preparation

  • Take chicken legs, slightly make slits so that marination penetrates well into chicken .
  • Make marination with ingredients 2 to 11 over night inside refrigerator (or minimum 3- 4 hrs)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Keep the chicken in an aluminium tray.
  • Cook for 45 to 55 minutes, flipping the chicken in every 12 mts, till the chicken is tender.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with pepper powder, onion, chat masala and lime wedges.
