put 3 Tbsp ghee.<\/li>\n<li>Put the cashew nuts and fry it until it changes to golden brown in color.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the cashew nuts from the pan and keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li>In the same ghee, add the\u00a0cardamom, cloves &amp; star anise and saut\u00e9 for a few seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Add the ginger-garlic paste along with the onion.<\/li>\n<li>Fry the mix until the color of onion changes to golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add the washed and fully water drained rice in to the pan and fry it in low flame about 5-7 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the hot water add the required amount of salt to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the pan with a lid and allow cooking it in a low flame for about 15 minutes.\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Make sure to mix the rice gently (without breaking the rice) \u00a0in every 5 minute interval in between, to make the cooking even.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Turn off the stove, pour 1 Tbsp ghee over the rice and keep it for another 2-3 minutes keeping the lid on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Finally add the fried cashews &amp; line-height: 1.6em;\">In the pressure cooker\u00a0 follow the above methods .<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.6em;\">Instead of hot water use normal cold water- 3 cups<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
