It was nice to see them arranged in the shop. But when tasted, it was extremely sour!!! That\u2019s what I wanted to try in my recipe. It\u2019s reasonably easy to make. Just a 15 minutes effort, but the way we serve pickle, going to last for at least for couple of weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly after preparing, don\u2019t be in a hurry, allow couple days to have its original taste\u2026<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Raw Grapes (\u0d2a\u0d1a\u0d4d\u0d1a \u0d2e\u0d41\u0d28\u0d4d\u0d24\u0d3f\u0d30\u0d3f\u0d19\u0d4d\u0d19 ) : 500 gm<\/li>\n<li>Chopped Ginger :\u00a0 1 Tbl sp<\/li>\n<li>Chopped green chilli\u00a0:\u00a0 2<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder : 2 Tbl sp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder : \u00bd \u00a0Tsp<\/li>\n<li>Asafetida (\u0d2a\u0d47\u0d30\u0d41\u0d02\u0d15\u0d3e\u0d2f\u0d02 ): \u00bd Tsp<\/li>\n<li>Fenugreek (\u0d09\u0d32\u0d41\u0d35)\u00a0powder \u00a0: \u00bc \u00a0Tsp<\/li>\n<li>Warm water : \u00bd cup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Seasoning<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mustard : \u00a0 1 Tsp<\/li>\n<li>Dried red chilli : 2<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves :\u00a0 3 sprigs<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil : \u00a0 3 Tbl sp<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure id=\"attachment_630\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-630\" style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Grape-Achar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-630\" alt=\"Ingredients\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Grape-Achar.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Grape-Achar.jpg 640w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Grape-Achar-300x189.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-630\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h5><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat pan (kadai) in medium flame<\/li>\n<li>Pour the oil and put the seasoning ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Once it splutter, add the ginger and green chillies.<\/li>\n<li>Fry until the raw smell is gone \u2013 takes about 3 to 4 minutes in medium flame<\/li>\n<li>Add the chilli powder, turmeric and fenugreek powder and fry it for another 3 to 5 minutes or until the raw smell gone.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the warm water along with salt and allow it to boil well<\/li>\n<li>Add the cleaned and washed grapes\u00a0 and mix everything well<\/li>\n<li>Once its boiled, add the asafetida, mix well and switch off the stove.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_631\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-631\" style=\"width: 626px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-631\" alt=\"Method\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/1.jpg\" width=\"626\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/1.jpg 626w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/1-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 626px) 100vw, 626px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-631\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Method<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was one of my long time wish to try this pickle!!!. \u00a0Accidently saw these raw green grapes (\u0d2a\u0d1a\u0d4d\u0d1a \u0d2e\u0d41\u0d28\u0d4d\u0d24\u0d3f\u0d30\u0d3f\u0d19\u0d4d\u0d19 ) during my last week vegetable shopping.
