In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tamil_Nadu\">Tamil Nadu<\/a>,\u00a0koozh is consumed as breakfast or lunch. Koozh is made from\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eleusine_coracana\">Kezhvaragu<\/a><\/em>\u00a0flour and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Broken_rice\">broken rice<\/a> in a clay pot.
