Similar to <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/egg-puffs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">egg puffs<\/a>, meat puffs has also become a favorite bakery snack that goes well as an evening <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/%e0%b4%aa%e0%b4%b2%e0%b4%b9%e0%b4%be%e0%b4%b0%e0%b4%99%e0%b5%8d%e0%b4%99%e0%b5%be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tea-time<\/a> snacks. The general preparation steps for the meat-puffs is same as the egg puffs, except for the filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Puff pastry : 10<\/li><li>Beef &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 1 \u00bd Cup<\/li><li>Chopped onion&nbsp; : 2 big<\/li><li>Green chilly (split\/chopped) : 2<\/li><li>Curry leaves<\/li><li>Chilly powder &nbsp;&nbsp; : 1 T-Sp.<\/li><li>Meat masala&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : \u00bc T-Sp.<\/li><li>Pepper powder&nbsp; : \u00bc T- Sp.<\/li><li>Turmeric powder&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : \u00bc T- Sp.<\/li><li>Garam masala&nbsp; : \u00bc T -Sp.<\/li><li>Ginger garlic paste&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : &nbsp;1 T- Sp.<\/li><li>Oil&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 1 \u00bd T- Sp.<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>Egg white: 1<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep the puff pastry outside the freezer for ~ 45 minutes to make it flexible for spreading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chop the beef in small pieces.<\/li><li>Pressure cook the beef along with salt and half of the turmeric powder. Cook it until done.
