This one used to be our go-to side dish for rice, back in my childhood days. The sour taste of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tamarind\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tamarind <\/a>blended with the aroma and taste of coconut makes <strong>Thenga Puli<\/strong>  a perfect accompaniment for rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Grated coconut : 1 \u00bd Cup<\/li><li>Coriander powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1T- Sp.<\/li><li>Chilly powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2 T-Sp.
