These oil fried snack is perfect for evening tea accompaniment. Egg Bajji, as the name says, the filling is sliced boiled <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/diet\/features\/good-eggs-for-nutrition-theyre-hard-to-beat#1\">eggs<\/a> and gives this traditional snack a rich protein touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Hard Boiled egg&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 8<\/li><li>Maida (all-purpose flower)&nbsp; : 1 cup<\/li><li>Corn flour &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 2 tbl sp<\/li><li>Green Chilly : 3<\/li><li>Ginger &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : small pieces<\/li><li>Onion &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 2 tbsp<\/li><li>Garlic &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 3 cloves<\/li><li>Curry leaves<\/li><li>Fennel powder&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : A big pinch<\/li><li>Water : 1 cup<\/li><li>Kashmiri chilly powder. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 2 T-Sp.
