You can use any kind of firm fish for this recipe while I used skin removed Sierra fish. Also I made it to medium fry though it can cook it to deep fry for more taste.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fish\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : 1.5 Lb<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : 1 Tbl- Sp (Adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder : \u00bc T- Sp<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: \u00bd T- Sp (Adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Ginger- garlic paste : 1 T- Sp<\/li>\n<li>White vinegar\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: 1 T- Sp<\/li>\n<li>Rice flour\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0:\u00a0 1 Tbl- Sp<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : 1 T- Sp<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves<\/li>\n<li>Coconut oil\/any oil : 4 Tbl- Sp (Adjust)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I used sierra fish (removed the skin and cut into thin slices).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/crispy-fish-fry\/p2s_cff1\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3950\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3950\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/P2s_cFf1.jpg\" alt=\"P2s_cFf1\" width=\"800\" height=\"531\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/P2s_cFf1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/P2s_cFf1-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/P2s_cFf1-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a vessel add the ingredients number 2 \u2013 9 and add enough water to make a fine masala paste.<\/li>\n<li>Marinate fish with the masala paste and keep it for about 1 hour.
