Here is a recipe to make the boiled egg more delicious and kids favorite. Serve it with couple of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Toast\">toasted breads<\/a> or pan cakes to have a balanced breakfast in Indian taste.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Boiled eggs : 3<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder : \u00bc T- Sp(Adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder : \u00bc T- Sp(Adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder : a pinch<\/li>\n<li>Garam masala : a big pinch<\/li>\n<li>Ginger-garlic paste : \u00bc T- Sp<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2 T- Sp(Adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Mustard seeds : \u00bc T- Sp<\/li>\n<li>Dried red chilly : 2<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make slight gashes in the eggs and keep it.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, add the ingredients number 2-7 and make a thick masala paste using enough water.<\/li>\n<li>Rub the masala into egg and keep it for about 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds followed by dried red chilli and curry leaves.<\/li>\n<li>Then add the eggs and the rest over masala to the oil and fry it.<\/li>\n<li>Fry it about 2 minutes or until all the masalas coated completely into the egg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eggs are very common nutrient fill meal all over the word, even for certain vegetarians !\u2026.
