It can be also served as patties to go with bread pair as burgers, adding a cheese layer to make a balanced meal!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chopped onions \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Chopped carrots\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 :1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Chopped beetroots \u00a0 : \u00bd cup<\/li>\n<li>Frozen green peas \u00a0 \u00a0 : \u00bd cup<\/li>\n<li>Cooked potatoes \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: 5 medium- sized<\/li>\n<li>Chopped green chillies : 3<\/li>\n<li>Chopped curry leaves<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: 1 \u00bd teaspoon (adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Ginger garlic paste : 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Garam masala : \u00a0\u00bd teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Breadcrumbs \u00a0 : \u00bd cup<\/li>\n<li>Oil for frying<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><u>For Dip<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maida\/All porpose Flour : \u00a0\u00be cup<\/li>\n<li>Breadcrumbs \u00a0 \u00a0 : 2 cups<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : 1 teaspoon<\/li>\n<li>Water \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: ~ \u00be cup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat the oil in a pan and add onions along with ginger garlic paste and green chilly; saut\u00e9 it for a minute.<\/li>\n<li>Then add the beans and peas, stir it well and close the lid; cook it until half done.<\/li>\n<li>Add the pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt, fry it about 1 minute<\/li>\n<li>Add the chopped carrots and beetroots. Saut\u00e9 everything together and close the lid and cook it well.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, add the <em>garam<\/em> <em>masala<\/em> and curry leaves, mix it well and take it out of the stove. Let it cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>Smash the boiled potatoes (smash it completely OR may leave some small chunky pieces. It depends on personal choice).<\/li>\n<li>Mix the smashed potatoes, \u00bd cup of bread crumbs and the cooked vegetables together and knead it and make a dough.<\/li>\n<li>Take big lemon sized balls and make desired shapes of cutlet, without any cracks.<\/li>\n<li>To make the dip &#8211; In a bowl mix maida with corn flour and, dilute it adding water, a little at a time to medium thick consistency.( I used about \u00be cup of\u00a0 water for making the dip. Water quantity may vary depends on the quality of flour).<\/li>\n<li>Keep bread crumbs in a wide plate.<\/li>\n<li>Dip each cutlet into the maida dip and cover it with the bread crumbs. (Use one hand for dipping and one hand for covering the bread crumbs).<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a deep bottom pan.
