{"id":3494,"date":"2016-09-04T14:01:03","date_gmt":"2016-09-04T22:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/?p=3494"},"modified":"2016-09-04T14:01:03","modified_gmt":"2016-09-04T22:01:03","slug":"mango-coconut-jelly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/mango-coconut-jelly\/","title":{"rendered":"Mango-Coconut Jelly"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/mango-coconut-jelly\/mango-coconut-jelly-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3497\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3497\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Coconut-Jelly1.jpg\" alt=\"Mango-Coconut Jelly\" width=\"640\" height=\"408\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Coconut-Jelly1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Coconut-Jelly1-150x96.jpg 150w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Mango-Coconut-Jelly1-300x191.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A double layer jelly dessert recipe from my kitchen.\u00a0 \u00a0This preparation is packed with rich taste of Mango and goodness from coconut milk.It can be served more delicious with a scoop of ice cream and shreds of nuts at it top.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>For mango jelly<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mango pulp\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: 2 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Sugar \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: 3 Tbl \u2013 Sp (Adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar (china grass) \u00a0 \u00a0: 5 Gm<\/li>\n<li>Water \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : 5 cup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>For coconut jelly<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Coconut milk \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Agar-agar (china grass) \u00a0 \u00a0: 5 Gm<\/li>\n<li>Sugar \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : \u00bc Cup(Adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Water 1 cup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Soak the agar agar in two separate bowls, adding enough water to cover the agar agar; for about 15 minutes \/ following the directions in the packet.<\/li>\n<li>In a sauce pan, add the water mentioned for mango jelly and let it boil.<\/li>\n<li>Then add the soaked agar-agar and sugar.
