Here is a recipe for Ladoo\/Ladu\/Laddu &#8211;\u00a0from multiple grains and\u00a0sweated with\u00a0palm jaggery. It is a perfect choice for low-calorie snack for children and elders. Can be preserved in normal temperature for 3-4 days and for weeks in refrigerator.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aval (flattened rice flakes) : \u00a01 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Oats : 1 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Chia seed : 1 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds : 1 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Dalia split : 1 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Coconut : 3 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Palm jaggery : 250 g<\/li>\n<li>Water : 1 \u2013 1 \u00bc Cup<\/li>\n<li>Cardamom powder : \u00bd T \u2013 Sp<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat a pan and dry roast each ingredient 1-6 separately in low\/medium flame (about 4-5 minutes) and keep it separate.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the \u00bc cup of roasted chia seed \u00a0in a separate bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Make the syrup of palm jaggery into 1 \u00bc cup of water.
