The preparation is pretty similar to that of Pathiri (\u0d05\u0d30\u0d3f \u0d2a\u0d24\u0d4d\u0d24\u0d3f\u0d30\u0d3f) a delicious Muslim bread, less grated\u00a0coconut. In this recipe I used wheat flour to make Oratti.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wheat flour\u00a0 : 2 Cups<\/li>\n<li>Grated Coconut : 1.5 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Hot water\u00a0 : 1 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Jeera powder\u00a0 : A pinch<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil for sprinkling<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a\u00a0bowl, add the wheat flour along with jeera powder, salt and coconut. Mix all together adding hot water little at a time and make a sticky dough .<\/li>\n<li>Divide into 7 equal parts<\/li>\n<li>Keep some water in a bowl and keep it aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a pan\/ dosa-pan, apply some oil on the pan and keep one portion of dough in the center of the pan.
