Smashing is very important; otherwise the pudding won&#8217;t get nice texture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/caramel-bread-pudding\/cbp1\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3167\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3167\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CBP1.jpg\" alt=\"CBP1\" width=\"800\" height=\"352\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CBP1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CBP1-150x66.jpg 150w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/CBP1-300x132.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the pudding tray (stove safe tray) add the sugar and water for caramel.<\/li>\n<li>Heat while stirring it for evenly browning. Once the sugar becomes dark, take it from the stove (make sure to keep the flame low to medium, should give more care for making caramel, otherwise it will burn and caramel became bitter in taste).<\/li>\n<li>Add the Bred mixture on top of the caramel and cover it with an aluminum foil.
