Cutlets in general are a perfect for one dish meals and is reasonably easy to prepare. \u00a0 You may dress them up with any variety of sauces or sides, layer into a sandwich or chop them up for salad. This preparation uses minced tuna fillets along with bread crumbs, smashed potatos and spices.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>For About 20 Cutlets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fish(Tuna fillet)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 500 Gms<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bc T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For masala:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chopped onion\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1.5 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Garlic\u00a0paste\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 : 1 Tbl-sp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ginger paste\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 :1.5 T-sp<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Chopped green chilli :7 (adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves\u00a0 \u00a0 : 2 sprigs<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2Tbl-sp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder \u00a0:\u00a0 \u00bc T-sp<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<li>Boiled potato \u00a0 : 2 Big<\/li>\n<li>Oil\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 : 1 Tbl-sp (adjust)<\/li>\n<li>Garam masala \u00a0 :\u00a0\u00bd T- sp<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For dipping :-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Egg \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 : 1 T-sp.<\/li>\n<li>Bread crumbs \u00a0 :\u00a0 1 Cup<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/fish-cutlet\/tuna1\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3039\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3039\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Tuna1.jpg\" alt=\"Tuna1\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Tuna1.jpg 448w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Tuna1-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Tuna1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cook the fish with turmeric and enough salt.<\/li>\n<li>Finely chop the onion, curry leaves and green chilli.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the potato and smash it well.<\/li>\n<li>Mince the fish with your hands.
