This semi-crispy delight comes with multiple filling options, <a href=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sweet-puffs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sweet<\/a>, masala, veg or <a href=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/meat-puffs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">non-veg<\/a>, of which egg-masala &nbsp;filled Egg- Puffs are most popular. &nbsp; It\u2019s made of boiled egg with masala wrapped in to readily available <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Puff_pastry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pastry sheets<\/a>. Egg puffs are generally kept and served warm\/hot along with tea or coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients (For 10 nos)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Puff pastry sheet ( ~ 5\u201d x 5 \u201c)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; :&nbsp; 10 nos<\/li><li>Boiled Egg&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 5 nos<\/li><li>Onions (Thinly sliced)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 4 nos (big)<\/li><li>chopped green chilly &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; :2<\/li><li>Turmeric Powder&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : \u00bd T Sp.<\/li><li>Chilli Powder&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 1 Tbl Sp.<\/li><li>pepper powder &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;: 1 T sp<\/li><li>Oil &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;: 3 T Sp.<\/li><li>Curry &nbsp;Leaves &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;: few<\/li><li>Raw Egg white (beaten for egg wash)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 2<\/li><li>Garam Masala &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;: \u00bc T sp.<\/li><li>Garlic (crushed\/ paste)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; : 1 T Sp.<\/li><li>ginger paste &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;:1 T sp<\/li><li>Salt to taste<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Egg Puffs\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0M77J8PUpUo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/EP_Ing1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-283\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/EP_Ing1.jpg\" alt=\"Ingredients\" width=\"640\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/EP_Ing1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/EP_Ing1-300x130.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onions,green chilly \u00a0along with ginger and garlic<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 till the color of the onions changes<\/li>\n<li>Add chill,pepper and turmeric powder along with enough salt.<\/li>\n<li>Saute for another 3 \u2013 4 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Add curry leaves and garam masala<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 for another 3 minutes and turn off the stove<\/li>\n<li>Split the masala to 10 equal parts.<\/li>\n<li>Split each boiled egg to two pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Lay the pastry sheet on a plane surface and spread using a roller (chapatti roller will do) to make each sheet to make about\u00a0 ~ 2\u201d on each side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tip.
