Cleaned and ready to cook mussels are easy to get in seafood markets, which relives us from most of the painful cleaning process (make sure to get the uncooked one though). Here I share the recipe for roasted mussel, which can be served as a starter or side dish especially to brown rice.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><b>Ingredients\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em id=\"__mceDel\"> For marinating:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mussel\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bd kg<\/li>\n<li>Ginger garlic paste\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 \u00bd T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 Tbl. sp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1\/4 Tsp<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juice\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bd \u00a0Tbl. sp<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder : 1 T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Garam masala\u00a0 : \u00bc T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil for frying the mussel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>For masala\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chopped onion (big)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00a01<\/li>\n<li>Chopped green chilly\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2<\/li>\n<li>Ginger garlic paste\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bd T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Oil\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 Tbl.
