I love this red leafy vegetable because of its resembling aroma and even taste exactly similar to that of the Kerala red spinach (cheera -\u0d1a\u0d40\u0d30) when prepared with coconut masala. I have the recipe here for the preparation of \u201cswiss chard\u201d with in the conventional Kerala method (\u0d1a\u0d40\u0d30 \u0d24\u0d4b\u0d30\u0d7b).
