Its a healthy non-veg dish as its uses less quantity of oil and also melts the chicken\u2019 fat out.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chicken leg (skinless)\u00a0 :4 nos<\/li>\n<li>Curd\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0: 4 t sp.<\/li>\n<li>Papparikka Powder\u00a0: 1 t sp.<\/li>\n<li>Ginger Garlic paste\u00a0: 2 t sp.<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric \u00a0\u00a0: 1\/2 t sp.<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder\u00a0\u00a0: 1 t sp.<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder\u00a0\u00a0: 2 t sp.<\/li>\n<li>Lemon Juce\u00a0\u00a0: 1 lemon.<\/li>\n<li>Tandoori masala.( Optional) \u00a0: 1 t sp.<\/li>\n<li>Salt\u00a0: to taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil\u00a0: 3 t sp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take chicken legs, slightly make slits so that marination penetrates well into chicken .<\/li>\n<li>Make marination with ingredients 2 to 11 over night inside refrigerator (or minimum 3- 4 hrs)<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the chicken in an aluminium tray.<\/li>\n<li>Cook for 45 to 55 minutes, flipping the chicken in every 12 mts, till the chicken is tender.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven, garnish with pepper powder, onion, chat masala and lime wedges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A popular\u00a0 Indian\/ Pakistani dish consisting of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices.
