This custom recipe uses sliced chicken, marinated overnight and then non-stick pan fried to get almost comparable taste of conventional chicken fry, but with far little oil. The tradeoff is that it takes more cooking time and need patience.\u00a0<!--more--><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>For 4 to 5 Servings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chicken\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (skin &amp; boneless)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 kg<\/li>\n<li>Ginger- garlic paste\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2 T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 Tbl sp.<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder : 2 T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bd T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Lemon juce\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1<\/li>\n<li>Garam masala\u00a0 : \u00bd T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 Tbl sp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut the chicken to thin slices. (I took chicken breast pieces).<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl add all the ingredients (except oil and chicken) and make a good masala paste (if needed add sprinkles of water)<\/li>\n<li>Add the chicken and mix it together to coat the masala well on to the chicken.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the marinated chicken for 2-3 hours in the fridge. (I kept overnight)<\/li>\n<li>Keep a nonstick kadai\/ pan add 1 T spoon oil and put the chicken pieces, don&#8217;t over crowd the pan.<\/li>\n<li>Then close the lid and cook the chicken , can see water is oozing from the chicken ( it&#8217;s normal ).
