Since roe is a natural source of these fats, it even beats out a supplement for nutritional quality, since there\u2019s much less risk of the fats oxidizing during processing.\u00a0I share here a tasty side-dish recipe \u00a0that of fish-roe, which will go great with rice.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For frying:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fish-Roe (\u0d2a\u0d28\u0d1e\u0d4d\u0d1e\u0d3f\u0d7d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00be Cup<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bc T sp<\/li>\n<li>Chilli powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bc T sp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder\u00a0\u00a0 : A pinch<\/li>\n<li>Fennel powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : A pinch<\/li>\n<li>Garlic paste\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bc T sp<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<li>Oil for frying<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For masala:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chopped onion\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1<\/li>\n<li>Chopped garlic\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1 Tbl sp<\/li>\n<li>Chopped green chilly\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 1<\/li>\n<li>Chilly powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bd T sp<\/li>\n<li>Pepper powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bd T sp<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder\u00a0\u00a0 : A pinch<\/li>\n<li>Fennel powder\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bc T sp<\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : Few<\/li>\n<li>Salt for taste<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For temper:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mustard seeds\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : \u00bd T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Oil\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2 T sp.<\/li>\n<li>Whole chili : 2<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DSC_1531.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1397\" alt=\"DSC_1531\" src=\"http:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DSC_1531.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DSC_1531.jpg 640w, https:\/\/pepper2salt.com\/sindhus-kitchen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/DSC_1531-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Method<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marinate the ingredients for frying (except oil).Keep it for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Shallow fry the fish-roe.<\/li>\n<li>In a pan \/ kadai add the oil and throw the mustard seeds , let it splutter and add the chilly<\/li>\n<li>Then add the onion, chilli and garlic.<\/li>\n<li>Fry the onion in a low medium heat.
