It is a favorite healthy snack for kids as an alternate to packaged jellies which uses unhealthy preservatives and chemical flavors. \u00a0These homemade jellies made from real fruit juice can to go as a dessert for lunch or dinner. The recipe explained here I used grape juice but the method can be used with any fruit juice and one can add bit of a flavor\/decoration with nuts or tutti-frutti or even cut apple.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Grapes juice\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 2.5 C<\/li>\n<li>Corn flour\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2.5 Tbl. Sp<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a vessel pour 2 cups of juice and let it boil.<\/li>\n<li>Meantime take a bowl and add the corn flour and the half cup juice and mix it well.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to stir the juice kept for boiling in regular intervals.<\/li>\n<li>Once it started getting bubble, add the corn flour on it and keep stirring to avoid lump formation.<\/li>\n<li>Keep on stirring until the mixture become thick.
