The colorful fruit jellies are simple to make and fun to eat, alone or as jam spread. It is a favorite healthy snack for kids as an alternate to packaged jellies which uses unhealthy preservatives and chemical flavors.  These homemade jellies made from real fruit juice can to go as a dessert for lunch or dinner. The recipe explained here I used grape juice but the method can be used with any fruit juice and one can add bit of a flavor/decoration with nuts or tutti-frutti or even cut apple.

  2. Corn flour                              2.5 Tbl. Sp

Method

  1. In a vessel pour 2 cups of juice and let it boil.
  2. Meantime take a bowl and add the corn flour and the half cup juice and mix it well.
  3. Make sure to stir the juice kept for boiling in regular intervals.
  4. Once it started getting bubble, add the corn flour on it and keep stirring to avoid lump formation.
