Keep the worries of preservatives and unhealthy sweeteners away and take control of ingredients – quality, quantity and proportion to your taste and preference! Here is the step by step procedure for making delicious Mango ice cream at home. In this preparation I used readily available Mango pulp, but recommend to prepare the same from fresh ripe mangos if you can get them.
Ingredients
- Mango pulp : 3 Cup
- Whipping cream : 3 Cup
- Sugar : ½ Cup (adjust)
- Vanilla essence : ¼ T- sp
Method
- In a vessel, add the mango pulp, sugar, vanilla essence and the whipping cream.
- With the help of an electric beater (or mixer) whip it well, can see the mixture is getting smooth and frothy.
- Pour it in a bowl and seal it with a clear wrap or close it with the lid and keep it in the freezer.
- After 2 hours or once the ice-cream is moderately set, whip it again until smooth and keep it in the freezer.
- Then after 3 hours take the ice-cream and whip it again until smooth and keep it in the freezer.
- Keep it for another 6-7 hours before serving.
