A combination of super healthy food ingredients, prepared in a super healthy way!!!. Salmon and spinach paired with mushroom, to form a delicious side-dish bowl. Serve it with a French bread, baked potatoes even a bowl of steamed rice to complete the weekend dinner balanced and complete.
Ingredients
For marinating:-
- Salmon (boneless, skinless) : 1 kg
- Pepper powder : 2 Tbl-sp
- Garlic paste : 2 T-sp
- Lemon juice : 1 Tbl sp
- Oil : 1 Tbl-p
- Salt for taste
For saute:-
- White mushroom (cut to half) : 20
- Oil : 2 T-sp
- Tender spinach : 1 pkt (225 gm)
- Tomato chopped ( medium) : 1
- Salt for taste
Method
- Clean and cut the salmon to big pieces (1 ½ “ x 2 ½ “)
- Marinate the fish with the ingredients mentioned for marinating and keep it for one hour.
- Preheat the oven to broil for 10 minutes.
- Broil the fish for 10 minutes and flip it and broil for another 10 minutes.
- Keep a Kadai/pan on the stove, pour the oil
- Add the mushroom and sauté it for about 3 minutes.
- Then add the chopped tomato along with salt and sauté for one minute.
- Now add the spinach and sauté everything for about 3 minutes and take it out from the stove.
- In a serving dish, place the spinach and mushroom mix.
- On the top place the broiled salmon.
