Ingredients:
1. Chicken  Bone less :  1 kg
For marinating:
2. Chilli powder : 1 T Sp.
3. Corn Flour : 1 ½ T Sp.
4. Turmeric Powder : ½ T Sp.
5. Pepper Powder   : 2 T Sp.
6. Garlic paste  : 1 T sp.
7. Ginger paste  : ½  T Sp.
8. Salt
For Cooking
9. Sliced Onions  : 3 nos.
10. Sliced Tomato  : 1 no.
11. Soya  Sauce  :   T Sp.
12. Cilantro  : 1 hand full
13. Oil  : To fry
14. Garlic paste  : 1 ½  T sp.
15. Ginger paste  : ½  T Sp.
16. Green Chilli  : 6 nos
17. Salt
Preparation

  • Cut chicken in small (cube) pieces
  • Marinate items 2- 8 with chicken for 1-2 hrs
  • Deep fry the chicken in oil, in a pan  and take it aside.
  • With the same oil left over in the pan, fry two sliced onion to golden colour & keep this aside.
  • Drain out oil from the pan, leaving just about 2 T spoon behind
  • Fry the left over ingredients( of cooking except Soya Sauce & Salt) , till it become cooked to paste.
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add the fried chicken, Soya sauce and salt.
  • Fry stirring the mixture further for 5 mts at medium heat.
  • Garnish with cilantro leaf and take the pan out.
