Salmon Spinach Mushroom

A combination of super healthy food ingredients, prepared in a super healthy way!!!. Salmon and spinach paired with mushroom, to form a delicious side-dish  bowl. Serve it with a French bread, baked potatoes even a bowl of steamed rice to complete the weekend dinner balanced and complete.

Ingredients  

For marinating:-

  1. Salmon (boneless, skinless) : 1 kg
  2. Pepper powder : 2 Tbl-sp
  3. Garlic paste  : 2 T-sp
  4. Lemon juice : 1 Tbl sp
  5. Oil : 1 Tbl-p
  6. Salt for taste

For saute:-

  1. White mushroom (cut to half) :  20
  2. Oil  : 2 T-sp
  3. Tender spinach : 1 pkt (225 gm)
  4. Tomato chopped ( medium) : 1
  5. Salt for taste

Method

  • Clean and cut the salmon to big pieces (1 ½ “ x 2 ½ “)
  • Marinate the fish with the ingredients mentioned for marinating and keep it for one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to broil for 10 minutes.
  • Broil the fish for 10 minutes and flip it and broil for another 10 minutes.

SSM1

  • Keep a Kadai/pan on the stove, pour the oil
  • Add the mushroom and sauté it for about 3 minutes.
  • Then add the chopped tomato along with salt and sauté for one minute.
  • Now add the spinach and sauté everything for about 3 minutes and take it out from the stove.

  • In a serving dish, place the spinach and mushroom mix.
  • On the top place the broiled salmon.
