Papaya Smoothie

Here is the recipe of an excellent blend of words two most nutritious natural ingredients, in the form of a delicious smoothie!!. Papaya is well known for its numerous health benefiting nutrients and is one of the favorites of fruit lovers for its nutritional, digestive, and medicinal properties. Chia seeds on the other hand, are among the healthiest foods loaded with nutrients that can have important benefits for our body and brain.

Ingredients 

  1. Papaya    (Small)        1
  2. Chia seed                  1 T sp
  3. Sugar( optional)
  4. Ice cubes( optional )

Method

  • Soak the chia seeds in a small bowl with 2 Table spoon of water and rest it for about 10 minutes.
  • Skin-out and remove the seeds from the papaya and cut it roughly .
  • In a blender add the papaya, ice cubes and sugar and blend it to a smooth texture.
  • Finally add the chia seeds and mix well.

Tips :
Make sure to use well-ripped papaya .
